Description

Hikvision DS-3WAP623E-SI Wi-Fi 6 AX3000 Outdoor Wireless Access Point – Dual Band, Gigabit PoE, IP68

The Hikvision DS-3WAP623E-SI is a professional outdoor Wi-Fi 6 wireless access point designed to deliver reliable dual-band wireless network coverage across commercial, residential and outdoor environments.

Featuring advanced IEEE 802.11ax Wi-Fi 6 technology, the access point supports combined theoretical wireless link rates of up to 2975Mbps, with up to 575Mbps on the 2.4GHz band and 2400Mbps on the 5GHz band.

The device uses dual-radio 2×2 MU-MIMO technology and built-in omnidirectional antennas to provide wireless connectivity for multiple users and compatible network devices.

Designed for high-density wireless environments, the DS-3WAP623E-SI supports up to 256 connected clients, with a recommended operating capacity of 100 clients.

It includes one Gigabit RJ45 Ethernet port supporting IEEE 802.3af/at Power over Ethernet, allowing network connectivity and power to be supplied through a compatible Ethernet connection.

Its IP68-rated outdoor enclosure provides protection against dust and water ingress, making the access point suitable for exposed outdoor installations when installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Additional capabilities include automatic radio-frequency optimization, intelligent fast roaming, centralized access-point management and support for up to eight wireless network names (SSIDs).

Important Installation Information: This is a wireless access point, not a standalone internet service or cellular router. It requires an upstream network connection and a compatible PoE power source or 48V DC supply. A PoE injector, switch, mounting accessories or network cable may need to be purchased separately.

Actual wireless speed, coverage and connected-client performance depend on environmental conditions, network configuration and connected devices.
