The Hikvision iDS-7216HQHI-M1/T is a professional 16-channel Turbo HD digital video recorder designed for intelligent CCTV monitoring, efficient video storage and hybrid surveillance installations.

Featuring Hikvision AcuSense Motion Detection 2.0, the recorder uses deep-learning technology to distinguish human and vehicle movement from irrelevant activity such as moving leaves or changes in lighting. This helps reduce unwanted alerts and makes searching for important events easier.

The DVR also supports intelligent perimeter protection, including line-crossing and intrusion detection on up to four channels, helping security personnel monitor entrances, restricted areas and designated surveillance zones.

Its 16 BNC camera inputs support HDTVI, AHD, HDCVI and CVBS video technologies, making it suitable for both new CCTV installations and upgrades to existing coaxial camera systems.

The recorder also supports IP camera integration, with up to 24 IP camera inputs in enhanced IP mode, subject to the manufacturer’s configuration and bandwidth limits.

With H.265 Pro+ video compression, the iDS-7216HQHI-M1/T helps optimize surveillance storage while supporting recording resolutions up to 3K Lite and 5MP Lite at 12 frames per second.

The DVR features HDMI display output up to 4K resolution, VGA output, audio over coaxial cable with compatible cameras, RCA audio connections and two-way audio functionality.

A single SATA hard drive interface supports one compatible surveillance HDD with capacity up to 10TB. Hik-Connect integration enables authorized remote viewing and playback from supported mobile devices when the recorder is properly connected to the internet.

The compact 1U chassis is suitable for homes, schools, offices, warehouses, hotels, supermarkets and other locations requiring up to 16 analog surveillance channels.

Important: The DVR is supplied as a recording unit; a hard drive, cameras, monitor and installation materials should not be advertised as included unless confirmed by the supplier. A 4K HDMI output does not mean the unit records every channel in 4K.
