The Hikvision DS-UPS3000 is a high-capacity uninterruptible power supply designed to provide temporary backup power and protection for essential electronic equipment during electricity outages and voltage fluctuations.

With a rated capacity of 3000VA/1800W, the UPS is suitable for compatible CCTV surveillance systems, network video recorders, desktop computers, networking switches, routers, workstations and other professional electronic equipment.

Its line-interactive design incorporates automatic voltage regulation (AVR), helping stabilize incoming electricity during voltage fluctuations without unnecessarily switching to battery operation.

The UPS uses four internal 12V/9Ah lead-acid batteries to provide backup power during outages. Its LCD screen displays operating information such as input voltage, output voltage, battery capacity and connected load.

A USB communication interface allows integration with compatible monitoring software. The unit also includes audible alerts for battery operation, low battery, overload and system faults.

Protection features include surge protection, overload protection, short-circuit protection and battery-discharge protection.

The DS-UPS3000 supports a transfer time of 10 milliseconds or less and provides short-term backup power for connected equipment within its rated capacity.

Hikvision’s documented reference runtimes for the standard model are approximately 150 minutes at 100W, 15 minutes at 600W and 6 minutes at 900W. Actual backup duration depends on connected load, battery condition, temperature and the exact regional revision.
